i've booked king room with silent air conditioning and everything was very good.

A wonderful family-friendly resort with attentive staff. The nursery staff, especially Maite, were friendly and engaging with the children. I loved participating in activities with my toddler and the desserts were delicious. The separate designated area for parents at the restaurant was a thoughtful touch. The high standard shows, like the Disney Show, were thoroughly enjoyable. The beautiful Barrosa beach was just bliss.

The sun beds and pool towels were worn down and not very comfortable. My husband missed having more "marisco" compared to the previous year.

Beautiful architecture, comfortable, calm. Nicely decorated rooms. Every room has a nice balcony, often with nice view. Close to the seaside. Big beautiful swimming pools (not warmed).Hotel proposes several activities every day. Access to the spa. Good for relaxing holidays or golf.

The worst about the hotel is that you finnish by not really knowing if you are in Germany or in Spain ( as most of the guests in low season are germans, personnel take for granted that you are germanspeaking and always welcome you with Gutten Morgen :( ) ... So do not expect any andalucian authencity ! the dinner buffé is as well germanised and not so much variety... Luckilly , we had only halfboard and a car , so that we could change and eat lunch in villages around.

Upon arrival, upgraded to a spacious Grand Suite with terrace and jacuzzi. Attentive and friendly staff throughout, especially at the restaurant and pool. Memorable birthday surprises with cake and champagne. Will definitely return this summer.

It is a high-class property located in Novo Sancti Petri district near the stunning beach as well as the restaurant. The breakfast is abundant and absolutely superb, with fresh coffee and fresh bread, as for instance. This place is in an exceptionally nice location on the coast. The restaurant is about 300 metres from here. Thanks for enjoyable time here!

Plenty of options, delightful food. Location is incredible and unbeatable, next to the garden on the ocean coast.

The Kids Club was excellent and well organised. The beach was within walking distance and the beach bar attached to the hotel was great. The hotel was very well organised, ggod food, good activities and entertainment. The spa was wonderful and I would recommend the older lady if you want a massage, she was the best. We all had a great time.

The food is excellent, the location is great walking distance to the beach. The staff are very friendly and very good for family with children.

The location of this place was amazing, right by the sea. it was within a short distance to a sandy beach, a lovely garden by the ocean for relaxation and peaceful rest, and the crashing waves 🌊.

Excellent food and service. Tranquil surroundings. Very large hotel but ample grounds to avoid sense of being crowded. Magnificent beach location. Some distance however from shops.

Conveniently located between the beach and some shopping areas.

Hotel policies say a lot about how an hotel treats his guests. Providing a pool with no staff to hand beach towels, and then requiring your guests to walk half a mile to the reception to get one, then telling them they absolutely need cash, can't put on their room bill, as a deposit for their towel, as they left their room card and whatever money they had besides the pool is the way this hotel treats his guests. And no exception to the policy!

Recently stayed at Valentin for a beach vacation, and it was fantastic! The buffet restaurant was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We never had trouble finding a sunbed thanks to the attentive lifeguards. The staff were amazing, with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. The meals were exceptional, offering a variety for everyone. The location was superb, with a recently rebuilt beach bar and beautiful gardens. The pools and surrounding areas were enjoyable, and the bar staff were pleasant and passionate about great service.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
